1. Does the product I purchased have a return policy?

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. The cancellation notice must be clearly made via email. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused (only tried on indoors), and well packaged for return shipment.

When returning the delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and order number. We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with consumer protection law.

The right of cancellation under Finnish consumer protection law does not apply to custom-made products. When returning a custom-made product, half (50%) of the product price will be refunded. The returner is responsible for the costs incurred by the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

4. What are the delivery methods for the online store?

We deliver products via Posti either as a letter to your home or as a package to the nearest pick-up point. Shipment tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided once the order is finalized. For more information on product delivery, please read the terms of use.

5. How can I pay for the order?

The payment methods for the online store include: online bank transfer, credit card payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard), mobile payment (MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto), Apple Pay, and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive a payment request via email once the order is finalized. 6. When will my order be delivered?

Ready-made clothes will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days from the order date. The delivery time for custom-made clothes is specified for each product.

7. How do I know if the clothes will fit my dog?

The clothes are suitable for slim, square-shaped, and large-chested dogs. For more information on sizes, please read the size guide.

8. Do the products have an exchange policy?

Please contact us if you wish to exchange the product.

9. Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided immediately after placing the order. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received the order confirmation, please contact us.
